Packaging inadequate
The little filters are overpriced, but to keep refrigerator in Warranty it’s required to use LG Products as I understand. These three little boxes arrived in a plastic bubble bag inside a partially padded envelope. Recommend shipping in a old fashioned box of an appropriate size.

Air Filters
The filters were advertised as three boxed filters packaged in 1 larger LG box. The filters came three small boxes with three filters in a plastic bag. When I received the filters the boxes were all damaged. The filters seem to be ok even though the boxes are crushed.

Seconds? Or slight defects? Maybe it explains the cheap price
I received the three filters in my mailbox yesterday. The pictures on Amazon showed them as three inside a larger box. In reality they came as three dented/smushed boxes in a small mailer. The boxes were damaged, but thankfully the filters seem to be fine. Strangely, the old filter, which I bought at a local DIY store that sells LG products, fit very snugly in the filter holder. The replacement I ordered was just a tad loose. I am using it, but I wonder if the lack of a snug fit will diminish the efficiency of the filter. I guess if the fridge starts smelling “fridgy” I will know the answer. I will likely pay the higher price at the local store in the future.

Purchased a 3 pack but received single pack in damaged box.
Probably a good product but I’m not going to pay $41.00 for one filter.Returning and reordering and hopefully they’ll get the order right this time.

Doesn’t fit some LG models, even if it says that it will/should
I have an LG Model LRFXC2606S. The LG website says that this part LT120F should fit into the compartment for this model fridge. It does not. I’ve attached a picture of the filter that was installed with my fridge — there is no plastic frame. With the plastic frame on the LT120F, it will not fit. My workaround has been to remove the white plastic frame and install the filter without it, but I cannot know if this is their intention. I just thought those of you who were told by the LG website that part LT120F should fit might want to know that it does not fit Model LRFXC2606S without breaking it first.

Easy to Use!
I bought this to replace the air filter in my refrigerator. I thought a pack of 3 was worth the cost.Some Pro’s:-I would say a 3 pack of these was worth the cost.-They are easy to unpack-They are easy to install- I had no trouble getting them to fit my refrigerator.-I like the fact that I have extra that I can replace later on when I need them.-They work really fast. I installed them in the evening. Within an hour or two, my refrigerator had no food smell again. The air was pleasant and neutral smelling.Overall, I would buy these again. Definitely worth the purchase!

Does Not Fit LRFLC2706 !!!
This air filter does not fit my 2023 model LRFLC2706 model. See photos. Original air filter does not have a frame. This overpriced air filter shattered into pieces when I tried to flex it into place, per the manual instructions.Reading online, this is a known problem, yet this vendor sells these filters with no warning.

Good price for genuine LG part – clean & good fit
This is the genuine LG part – price is much lower than the genuine LG part in the box stores, and is even lower that the box stores’ house-brand replacement. Good deal! 👍I tried the even cheaper non-OEM filter (3-pak) from another Amazon seller and returned it for a refund because it would not properly fit the refrigerator’s filter holder (slightly too large) – if I had forced it into the holder, the plastic retainer tabs in the holder would have broken. Purchaser reviews on the non-OEM filters had pointed out that problem as well as loose carbon powder covering the filter. Not worth the low-low price if it breaks the refrigerator’s holder!I had none of those problems with this authentic LG part. Perfect fit in holder, no loose carbon powder, good price.

Fits my fridge after getting corrected cover from LG
My LG fridge, like many other recent french door fridges had the filter cover messed up from the factory. Instead of a square it was a parallelogram. If you call LG they will send you a replacement filter cover and this LT120F will fit properly. I wanted to try some of the less expensive after market filters, but these came in an LG box and the set of 3 is less than ordering one from LG.

Be careful before buying
My LG refrigerator model number LRFLC2706S is supposed to use the model number LT120F filter, but as you can see the filter holder requires a different filter.Even the official LG website is confused about this.
