Filters work great.
The filters work great! I had previously bought off brand filters for my samsung fridge but they seemed to not filter very well. Normally a good filters water flow weakens as the filter gets old and dirty from filtering. The off brand kept a strong flow making me think that they weren’t filtering at all. So with these filters the water taste great for those sensitive to taste and is crystal clean. I am very happy wit these filters.

Great if you want your lower drawer filled with water
These filters are not genuine Samsung filters, which I have never had a problem with.See the attached picture.On the left is the one bought here, on the right is an authentic one bought from Lowe’s.. Notice the small grammatical error (Refrigerators) that is so common with products produced overseas.Bad translation aside, upon installation it did not “click” into position like the authentic Samsung filters do. That should have been a red flag, but I proceeded. It was installed in the evening, by the following morning a full inch of water had leaked into the bottom drawer of the refrigerator.If it hadn’t been caught in the morning, the leak would have continued, filled the drawer, and began leaking out the doors into the kitchen, potentially causing thousands of dollars in water damage to kitchen cabinets and floors.Not worth saving a few bucks. Buy the authentic filters from a verified source.

Garbage
I’m not sure if we got a pack of lemons, but the first filter we used leaked and made the water taste worse than unfiltered water. We couldn’t even get the second filter screwed in enough for it to work. Third one tasted normal but also leaks.We’ve been replacing filters for 5 years and never had a problem until this pack.Also, a 30 day return policy for a product you replace every 6 months doesn’t make sense. No refund or return possible.

Samsung cartridge has slow leak
Samsung requires a Samsung cartridge to maintain warranty. It leaks (slowly) into the meat/cheese drawer just below where it’s installed. This costs almost three times as much as generic replacements. So it’s great if you want to maintain your warranty, but the cost/performance of the actual unit leaves a lot to be desired. I will probably go with generic replacements once the refrigerator is out of warranty.

No Fitter
I ordered this product for my Samsung fridge. I researched the items for a great fit. Just wanted to tell whoever advertises your products got it all wrong. THEY DO NOT FIT. Have to definitely return.
